• Are the package tours customizable?

  Yes! All trips can be tailored to match your interests, travel pace, and comfort level. You can upgrade to higher-standard hotels, adjust the length of stay in each destination, or add extra excursions such as guided hikes, cooking classes, snorkeling trips, or cultural experiences. Whether you want more relaxation, more adventure, or a special twist - our travel designers will help you create the perfect journey.

• Can I arrive earlier or stay longer than the package tour dates?

  Yes of course!  We offer full flexibility if you'd like to arrive before or stay after your package tour. Since international flights are booked by you, you’re free to plan your travel dates as it suits you best.

  All our package tours include airport transfers, so whether you arrive early or depart later, we’ll still be there to pick you up and drop you off. If you’d like help arranging extra hotel nights, we’re happy to include them in one seamless booking for your convenience.

• Do you offer family-friendly packages?

  Absolutely. Our family tour packages in Bali and across Indonesia are designed with both children and parents in mind. We work with professional local guides who are wonderful with kids - they explain and engage at a level that children can understand, making sure they feel included rather than talked over.
  
  

  We also take pride in offering honest recommendations about which tours are truly suitable for families with children. Safety and comfort are our top priorities: we can provide child car seats in our private vehicles, offer special kids’ bicycles and child seats for cycling tours, and ensure flexible itineraries with plenty of breaks. • What’s included in the package price?

  Our package tours typically include:

  • Airport transfers in a private, air-conditioned vehicle

  • All sightseeing transfers between hotels

  • Comfortable standard hotels with breakfast

  
  If your package includes guided excursions, these are always led by a local English-speaking guide, and usually include entrance fees and lunch.
  
  Each tour page clearly outlines what’s included and what’s not included under the relevant section.

  Note: International flights are not included. However, some domestic flights within Indonesia (e.g., from Bali to Sumba) are included if specified in the tour itinerary. 

  If you’d like to add more excursions to your package, we offer a wide range of handpicked tours that can be tailored to your interests and travel style. Ask our travel consultant.

• Are international flights included in your package tours?

  As a rule, international flights are not included in our package tours. Since our guests come from all over the world - and may be combining their trip with other destinations - it’s often more flexible and convenient for you to book your own flights. This allows you to choose your preferred airline, manage your baggage, seat selection, travel times, and make use of any loyalty programs or bonus points.

  Our package tours typically include hotels, ground transportation, and guided excursions. In some cases, domestic flights within Indonesia are included - for example, if your tour starts in Bali and continues to  Sumba. 

  If you’d like us to assist with booking your international or domestic flights as well, we’re happy to offer that service upon request, and include it in your final booking.

• How do I book a package tour and what’s the payment process?

  To book a package tour, simply click the "Request / Book Tour" button and send us a message with the following details:

  • Which tour you’re interested in

  • Number of travelers (adults and children)

  • Preferred travel dates

  • Any requests for upgrades or special preferences

   

  One of our travel specialists will get back to you with a customized quote. Once you’re happy with the final itinerary and package details, we’ll send you a secure payment link by email or WhatsApp.
