• Day 1 / Arrival in Bali and on to Pekutatan

  Upon your arrival at Denpasar Airport, our friendly English-speaking guide will greet you and accompany you on your journey to the less-traveled west of Bali, a hidden gem where few tourists venture. The drive will take around three hours, offering you a glimpse of Bali's changing landscape, where the hustle and bustle fades away, and nature becomes increasingly untamed.

  Once you arrive at Puri Dajuma Beach Eco Resort, you will find yourself in a tranquil paradise, surrounded by a lush grove of palm trees and a beautiful volcanic sand beach. You can spend the next few days unwinding in this peaceful haven. Take a refreshing swim in one of the resort’s two pools or let the inviting beach lure you for a stroll.

• Day 2-3 / Pekutatan, West Bali

  Western Bali remains one of the island’s last untouched areas, where nature reigns supreme, and the locals live life at their own pace. You'll soon notice how different this part of Bali feels, with its peaceful ambiance and slower rhythm of life.

  

  
  It's a place where the environment is the true centerpiece, and it's easy to see why the French doctor couple, Louis and Kathrine, fell in love with this area two decades ago. They saw something special here, and they made it their own, creating the charming Puri Dajuma resort, a haven where the only interruptions are the whisper of the wind through the palm trees and the gentle sounds of the ocean.

  

  
  Take the time to explore the surroundings - this is a side of Bali that feels genuinely local.   A short drive north of the town, you’ll encounter Bunut Bolong, a sacred tree so immense that it forms a natural bridge across the road. The Balinese believe that the tree is inhabited by powerful spirits, so cutting it down was never an option, despite the road needing to pass through. The tree stands proudly as a guardian of the area, a testament to the spiritual reverence the locals hold for nature.

  

  
  This remarkable sight welcomes you into the peaceful hills, where small houses dot the landscape, creating a perfect blend of the natural and the sacred.

• Day 4 / Tour day going to Barat National Park

  After a hearty breakfast, you’ll set off on a scenic drive heading west towards Barat National Park, located in Bali’s serene northwest corner. Your first stop is Medewi Village, where you’ll meet a local family who will give you a rare insight into their daily life amidst the rice fields. The family will share their agricultural practices with you, and you'll have the chance to enjoy a delicious, home-cooked lunch right in the middle of the lush, green fields. It’s a wonderful opportunity to connect with the land and its people.

  

  
  Next, you’ll head to Rambut Siwi Temple, a majestic place of worship perched right by the sea. Your guide will introduce you to the vibrant religious life of Bali, explaining the ceremonies that take place here - full of offerings of flowers, food, drink, and incense, all dedicated to the gods who are believed to be ever-present. This temple by the sea is a peaceful spot to reflect and appreciate the spiritual connection the locals have with the island.

  

  From here, you’ll continue to the quaint Perancak Village, a small fishing community where you can observe traditional boat-building techniques at a local shipyard on the beach. The boats here are surprisingly similar to Viking ships, and if you're lucky, you might meet the boat builder and hear firsthand about his craft.
  
  

  

  
  Afterward, you'll visit the Kurma Asih Sea Turtle Center, founded by the World Wildlife Fund in 1997 to protect endangered sea turtles. The center now plays an important role in saving the species by collecting turtle eggs and incubating them until they hatch, after which the hatchlings are released into the wild. It's a heartwarming experience that showcases local conservation efforts. Help with the release and contribute to securing the population.

  

  
  You’ll wrap up the day with a local lunch near the sea before continuing your journey to Barat National Park, where you’ll check in at your hotel. In the afternoon, take time to relax and reflect on the many sights and experiences of the day.

• Day 5-6 / Barat National Park - Nature & Serenity

The drive takes approximately two hours, offering you a scenic journey through Bali's quieter, less-visited corners, where the lush greenery gradually transitions to coastal views.

  

  Upon arriving in Lovina, you'll have the afternoon to unwind and settle into your new surroundings. Lovina’s black sandy beach offers a peaceful spot to relax, where the sound of the waves gently lapping the shore sets the perfect tone for your stay. As the sun dips below the horizon, the sky is painted with orange-pink hues, creating a breathtaking backdrop that signals the end of a serene day.

• Day 8-10 / Lovina: A Tranquil Coastal Escape

  Stretching along seven kilometers of coastline, Lovina is a peaceful retreat where small villages dot the horizon, sitting calmly beside the dark, volcanic sand and the gentle, lazy waves. It’s a place where you can unwind and embrace the slower pace of life.

  

  
  The days in Lovina can be spent as you wish - either basking on the beach with a cold drink or fresh fruit in arm's reach, or go on an early-morning boat trip to catch a glimpse of Lovina's famous dolphins. These playful creatures often show off their acrobatic skills as they swim alongside the boats, though they remain wild and free, so sightings are never guaranteed. However, it's rare to return without a dolphin show to remember.

  

  
  When you're not out on the water, Lovina offers plenty of other activities. You can fish with local fishermen, enjoy a snorkeling session right off the beach, or try paddleboarding. If you’re looking to explore more of the natural beauty of Bali, Lovina is perfectly positioned.

  

   
  Within a 25-kilometer radius, you’ll find hidden waterfalls surrounded by lush forests, rice fields, and sweeping mountain views. We will suggest a day trip; Bali largest waterfall #16. Head to Sudaji, a hidden gem just 40 minutes from Lovina. It's home to the spectacular Sekumpul Waterfalls, Bali's largest, with an 80-meter double cascade, and the stunning three-level Filji waterfall. Adventurers can explore this dramatic landscape, reminiscent of Jurassic Park, with its lush greenery and the powerful sound of cascading water - a must-see experience

• Day 11 / Lovina to Ubud: A Journey Through Bali’s Spiritual and Natural Wonders

  After a few relaxing days in Lovina, your adventure continues south towards Ubud, with plenty of fascinating stops along the way. Your first destination is the Banjar Hot Springs in Banjar Village, where the soothing, healing waters have been enjoyed for centuries. The hot springs were Bali’s first spa and remain an important part of local life today, with the warm sulfuric waters believed to have therapeutic benefits.

  

  
  Next, you will visit Sangsit Village, home to the Pura Beji Temple, a masterpiece of stone craftsmanship. The temple is famous for its intricate sculptures carved into the limestone walls, showcasing some of Bali’s finest artistic traditions. The beauty and detail of the carvings here are truly a sight to behold.

  

  The journey continues uphill to Penulisan Temple, one of Bali's most important and sacred temples, perched at 1,745 meters above sea level. The ascent requires a bit of effort with many stairs to climb, but the reward is an unforgettable panoramic view of the surrounding landscape. The temple itself, built in the 9th century, is a rich cultural and architectural treasure that offers a glimpse into Bali’s deep spiritual history.
  
  

  

  
  Next, you will head to a highland plateau, situated 1,200 meters above sea level, where you will be treated to stunning views of Lake Batur and the towering Mount Batur, an active volcano. This breathtaking location offers the perfect setting for photos and reflection.

  

  
  Your day ends with a visit to a traditional village, where you’ll experience the authentic, rural way of life in Bali’s more isolated communities. In this peaceful village, ancient traditions are still upheld, and religion plays an integral role in daily life.

• Day 12-14 / Ubud: The Heart of Bali’s Culture, Nature, and Art

  You’ve arrived in Ubud, the artistic and spiritual heart of Bali, nestled in the breathtaking central highlands. Surrounded by lush, neatly terraced rice paddies that climb the hill sides like soft green steps, Ubud offers a mesmerizing landscape that has inspired generations of artists, sculptors, and artisans. Small villages scattered around Ubud are home to generations of craftsmen who specialize in silver, masks, wood and stone carving, and traditional dragon building - each a testament to Bali’s rich cultural heritage.

  

  Since the 1930s, Ubud has attracted artists from all over the world who have sought inspiration in its serene beauty and vibrant spiritual energy. The combination of nature, religion, and art creates an atmosphere of harmony and creativity, making Ubud an aesthetic haven for travelers. Here, religion and culture come alive on the streets through traditional dances and ceremonies, while the town itself thrives as a bohemian center filled with galleries, shops, restaurants, trendy café’s and local eateries.
