Full description:

The Jatiluwih Trekking and Cooking Class offer a harmonious blend of nature, culture, and culinary exploration, providing you with a holistic and memorable encounter with the essence of Bali.

Take a bite of a good day!

The trek begins in the heart of the Jatiluwih Rice Terraces, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The landscape is a vibrant sea of green, with terraced rice fields stretching as far as the eye can see.

Accompanied by an experienced guide, the trek takes you along narrow paths, offering panoramic views of the terraced fields.

Get insights into the traditional Subak irrigation system, explaining the sustainable farming practices that have been passed down through generations.

Along the trek, you may encounter local farmers tending to their fields, providing a unique opportunity to observe and learn about their daily life and agricultural practices. The warmth and hospitality of the villagers add a personal touch to the cultural experience.

Following the trek, the cooking class takes place in a traditional Balinese compound. The setting provides an authentic atmosphere, surrounded by tropical gardens and Balinese architecture.

Under the guidance of a skilled Balinese chef, participants engage in hands-on cooking. From chopping and blending to cooking over an open flame, the experience is both educational and interactive.

Traditional techniques and recipes are shared, allowing participants to master the art of Balinese cooking themselves.

At the end, we will enjoy our freshly prepared Balinese dishes together, surrounded by the natural beauty of the rice fields, creating a memorable conclusion to the experience.
